Spiced carrot cake bircher muesli
Prep time: 15 minutes then soaked overnight
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup De Winkel Plain Unsweetened Yoghurt
¼ cup Anchor blue top milk
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
1 medium carrot
¼ cup raisins
2 tsp chia seeds
2 tbsp pure maple syrup, plus extra for drizzling
¼ cup chopped walnuts
1. In a small bowl mix rolled oats, yoghurt, cinnamon, and vanilla.
2. Stir in the grated carrots, raisins, chia seeds, and maple syrup.
3. Transfer to two medium jars, cover with lids and refrigerate overnight.
4. Add a dollop more of yoghurt, a drizzle of maple syrup, then sprinkle with walnuts and enjoy.
